Low Water, Long Light gathers a year of work from the fields and back roads around Slate Creek. Painted through a dry autumn, the pieces follow the creek as it fell to stone and the light as it stretched long and low across the valley. Oils on linen and panel, worked from life and from memory in a converted feed barn a hundred yards from the water.
